Suite & Club Tickets

When will I receive my suite tickets for an event?

Suite tickets and parking will be loaded onto your account within 10 business days following an event announcement.

Will I be able to leave tickets at will call?

For the health and safety of our staff, all tickets will be digital and available via Account Manager. No will-call tickets will be available.

Can I purchase additional tickets for my suite?

[Also known as Standing Room Only tickets or SRO’s]

A set number of additional tickets (SRO’s) are available for each event at an additional cost. If available, SRO’s can be purchased (but not required) at any point 72 hours prior to an event. You must pay for SROs in full at the time of purchase.

Can I get Guest Passes for my suite?

An SRO ticket may be substituted for a guest pass to allow an Port Wentworth Amphitheater ticket buyer access to your suite. Guests passes are mobile tickets and non-transferrable. Guests passes are intended for individuals that already have a ticket to an event, and are not an entry ticket to the arena.

What is the Child Ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Port Wentworth Amphitheater. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

Does my suite ticket give me access to other areas?

Ticketed suite guests may access to the Club areas and VIP areas.

If we are not using our suite, what do we need to do?

We kindly ask for a minimum 10-day notice prior to an event if you will not have guests attending the event.

What is the policy for multiple show times and dates for a particular event?

Can we utilize our suite for all of them?

For multi-run events (ex. Disney on Ice, Cirque du Soleil), one of the show dates and times is included in your annual suite agreement. Any additional show times/ dates that you wish to attend are available at an additional purchase.

Event Day

When does my suite open?

Unless otherwise communicated or coordinated, suites will open at the same time as regular doors for an event and will close forty-five minutes after the conclusion of the event. Doors will generally open 60 to 90 minutes before the scheduled show time.

When am I allowed to come to the arena and set-up items for my guests?

Suite holders that wish to set up their suite for an event must do so no later than 3 business days prior to an event. Please note that certain events may require the building to be closed to the public, and we will coordinate around those schedules. All setup requests should be made directly through Jared Laczko.

Parking & Transportation

Where is premium parking located?

Premium guests are encouraged to park in the Premium Lot near the Main Entrance to the venue.

Are there private entrances for suite holders and their guests?

Yes, Suite guests may access suite level directly the VIP entrance.

How will I receive my parking passes for an event?

Your parking will be automatically uploaded to your account prior to the event. You can only receive the contractually agreed upon parking passes, and no more. Have your parking passes up prior to entering the lot.

What time do the parking lots open before an event?

The parking will open 1 hour prior to doors opening (subject to change). Please be prepared that you cannot enter the Port Wentworth Amphitheater until doors are open.

General PREMIUM Questions

What is the bag policy?

Clutches must be 4.5” x 6.5×2” or smaller. Bags above this size MUST BE CLEAR and no larger than 14” x 14” x 6”, 2 pocket maximum.

Can I decorate my space?

Guests are not permitted to use any decorations without prior consent/approval from Port Wentworth Amphitheater.
